Fairport Baptist Homes owns and/or manages a variety of senior housing communities in Fairport: Deland Acres Independent Living Community ElizAl Court Apartments Fairport Apartments Roselawn Shared Living Residence Rose Hollow Deland Acres Independent Living Community Deland Acres Drive Fairport Baptist Homes owns and manages the 42-unit Deland Acres, one-story apartments for middle-income seniors. These cluster homes include 25 two-bedroom and 17 one-bedroom units. The apartments are designed so that handicapped access can be provided as needed. ElizAl Court Apartments 1027 East Whitney Road Fairport Baptist Homes owns and manages the six spacious ranch-style apartments that make up ElizAl Court. Each unit is 1,495 square feet and includes 2.5 bedrooms/study, 1.5 bathrooms and a 1.5-car garage. The apartments are designed so that handicapped access can be provided as needed. Fairport Apartments 1030 East Whitney Road Fairport Baptist Homes manages the Fairport Apartments, a HUD-subsidized 104-unit community of 52 studio and 52 one-bedroom apartments, which offer affordable housing to seniors. Section 8 vouchers also are accepted. The community is regulated through the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR). The apartments were established by Perinton Churches Housing, Inc., a partnership of 13 Perinton/Fairport churches and Fairport Baptist Homes. Roselawn Shared Living Residence 41 Roselawn Avenue Roselawn Shared Living Residence is home to eight seniors who live independently in a shared living setting under sponsorship of the Fairport/Perinton Senior Living Council. Fairport Baptist Homes manages Roselawn. Rose Hollow 29 Durant Place Rose Hollow is a 12-unit complex for lower-income seniors. Fairport Baptist Homes manages Rose Hollow for the Fairport/Perinton Senior Living Council.
